ALGE Timedata Computer TDC8001

The Timedata Computer TdC 8001 is one of the most rugged and weather-

resistant printing timers ever produced. The super accurate TCXO quartz

crystal, combined with weatherproof circuitry allows full operation from

-25C to +50C (-10F to +122F). Specially designed LCD displays for running

time and data editing are visible in all lighting conditions, and power-

on instantly. The professional-grade attaché-case styling, with built-in

rechargeable battery pack, ensures total durability and flexibility.

The new multipurpose timer, the “Timy” (pronounced “TIME-E”) is now

available from ALGE. This hand held device comes with an attached

printer making it a self-contained general-purpose timing machine.

The Timy is a great improvement over stopwatch timing especially for

multi-lane events because all lanes are started with a common impulse,

instead of each timekeeper starting and stopping their watches sepa-

rately. Set includes timer, carry case, 3 rolls paper, USB cable and

power supply.

The S4 is a very versatile timing computer supplied with 11 standard

programs for a variety of sports. It is a very useful time base for

PC applications as it can supply time of day and channel ID for up to

18 separate timing channels as well as net time as a RS232 data feed

through its serial port that can be used to create virtually any number

of custom sports timing applications.
